APPLICATIONS

CEPPA is a bifunctional copolymerisable phosphorous flame retardant monomer, which can be polycondesated with ethylene glycol and terephthalate to form permanently flame retardant PET# and renders the alternated PET and the resulting plastics and fibers good fire-resistance property. The spinning property of the PET is fairly good as the CEPPA was used. It can also be used as halogen free flame retardant for coating after etherification with EG.
